Once your garden has been carefully designed, it’s time to bring it to life. We offer all-inclusive project management and execution service, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the process, without the hassle of managing a building schedule or contractors. At IJL we have a full in house construction crew so you are seeing ijl uniformed staff each day of your build. 

The quotation process takes 7 days and is completed obligation-free, at no cost to you. Once you have accepted the quote, we will take you through an on-boarding process, including signing of a building contract and confirming key dates for your build.

Throughout the construction process our expert team will be on hand to manage your build through to completion. Typically, this involves several key stages. The first is taking care of any necessary planning permits. Once the right approvals are in hand, we begin mapping out and building your ‘hardscapes,’ which can include site levelling and excavation, retaining wall installation, driveways and crossovers, pool construction and paving.

Next, we bring good quality soil in, plant all trees and garden beds, and complete any drainage and irrigation, before turning our attention to lighting schemes.

Styling bespoke items such as furniture and pots is completed towards the tail end of your project.

Finally, our team will thoroughly clean the site, and have your garden looking its best, ready for your enjoyment and hand over. All Landscape installations come with a user manuals so you can keep you garden looking wonderful.

Regardless of whether IJL has completed your landscape design plan, or you have had it completed by another company, our all-inclusive construction process is the same.

Please also note that all construction projects are quoted on an individual basis. In addition, the building activities listed above are not available as individual services, but are packaged together as part of a tailored quotation.
