The Design Process
Our Process all starts with an Initial Consultation held at your property with our Director Inge.
Initial meetings are currently run on Monday + Tuesdays. If you seek another day of the week simply fill in our contact submission form with a request for another time and date. See design fees below.
Process
Step 1
Book the Initial Meeting
Is to book your Initial Consultation with Inge.
Simply scroll down to find the initial consultation booking form.
Thats it you are all booked in and on your way to a new garden.
Consult fee is $350 inc GST, bookings are taken through our online secure booking system.
Step 2
During the Initial Meeting
The consultation runs for 60-90 minutes. During this meeting you will start by showing inge the spaces you want designed, discuss your project and everything you would like to achieve with the Space. Once you have taken Inge through your wish list and goals for the space, Inge will discuss the next step which is the design phase and pricing. During the meeting Inge likes to discuss a healthy budget for your project. You will be placed onto one of our design packages visible below.

Step 3
After the Initial Meeting
After the meeting you will receive a design fee proposal for your package with instructions to move to the next step.
Inge explains everything very well during the meeting so don't worry if you have lots of questions for her she will be happy to take you through them.
Step 4
Design Phase 1 - Drafting
Once your have approved your design fees. Inge gets to work planning your garden. Your first meeting is 2 weeks from appointment where you will get to see your new garden that is already 60-70% completed. This meeting is held via zoom with Inge.
Step 5
Design Phase 2 - Review
This step is the most important. After the first meeting Inge will provide the drawings completed thus far so that you can review them further and provide feed back to Inge. Detailed and dot point form feed back is the best. Some clients take one week to prepare there feed back others may take 2-3 it really depends on how much further information you require or questions you may have.
Step 6
Design Phase 3 -Final Submission
After we receive all feed back and have answered all your questions, Inge gets to work completing the final file. This generally takes 2 weeks from receiving final feed back, if on the Green Thumb Package this is where you will receive your 3D Images of your new garden. Inge will issue your completed drawings digitally. Please note all plans are A1 Page size and should be printed off to view. You will need a scale ruler to determine lengths and width.
Step 7
Quoting
When submitting your final design file to you, Inge cc's in her team to start pricing your project. You will receive a call from them within 7 working days of receiving your file. They will need to arrange a site inspection with you to start the pricing process.

Avant Garden Package
This Avant Garden Package offers a tailored design solution for smaller gardens. Green Thumb Package
Our most popular package, this bespoke package, will produce a stunning garden for a standard residential size block. This package includes designs for a range of outdoor spaces such as entertainment zones, pools, gardens and play spaces. We will also create amazing 3D images for you to view your new garden, giving you an immersive and realistic experience. With our fees, you can easily create a garden of your dreams.
$9500 + GST
Garden Design Advice
If you just want garden design advice, please indicate this when booking an initial consultation so Inge can gear the meeting towards advice rather than design brief obtainment.
$350 inc GST
